1. Dux Incorporated is otherwise referred to as Dux. All customers are referred to as customer/s.
  2. All Dux TEFL/TESOL programs are stated in USD (United States Dollar) currency and are payable before any access to the courses is provided.
  3. All TEFL/TESOL payments to Dux can be made via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
  4. Dux does not have access to any customer’s confidential banking details. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how customer details are stored.
  5. Customers agree and are aware that access to the course and digital certificate is paid by a fee and that printing and delivery of the certificate is paid by a completely different fee. 
  6. Printing and delivery of the certificate will only commence once the printing and delivery fee has been paid. 
  7. Should the certificate arrive at the destination submitted by the customer but the certificate is lost, damaged or stolen after delivery, no refund will be given. Delivery at the location alone suffices as delivery and it need not be handed to the customer in person. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the location for delivery is safe and reliable. 
  8. Should delivery of the certificate be delayed or denied due to border regulations or acts of God, no refund will be given. 
  9. Should a customer accidently purchase the course, no refund will be given.
  10. Should the customer accidentally purchase printing and delivery of the certificate, no refund will be given.
  11. Due to the automated process of Dux TEFL/TESOL programs, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their course payment is preferred and final as the TEFL/TESOL program, printing and delivery is non-refundable.
  12. Should the customer not put in the necessary hours or efforts resulting in a non-pass or failure of any TEFL/TESOL programs, no refund will be given. 
  13. The customer will have access to the course for 6 months after payment and no longer. Once this 6 months has expired, the customer would need to pay for the course again to get access. 
  14. All course grading is automated and non-subjective. The specific answers and course material has been accredited by Accreditat, ensuring that no customer will fail a course due to a subjective answer. This leaves no room for appeal for incorrect answers and the customer is aware of this. 
  15. Should Dux TEFL/TESOL programs incur technical difficulty resulting in a customer’s failure to complete the course, no refund will be given. However, the customer will be provided reasonable additional time to complete the course if such a technical difficulty should occur.
  16. All TEFL/TESOL related queries, complaints should be directed to tefl@duxrec.com and these will be answered in a reasonable and timely manner. 
  17. Should Dux make alterations to any TEFL/TESOL programs while a customer is currently completing the course and these changes inhibit the customer’s ability to complete the course effectively or on time, the customer will receive an additional and reasonable time to complete the course and no refund will be given.
  18. Dux TEFL/TESOL does not unfairly discriminate against customers based on age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability or any other grounds. Dux advises that customers be over the age of 18 to enroll for this course. 
  19. The customer agrees that no guarantees have been made by Dux in securing employment for the customer.
